Emily Tyl, NP

Emily Tyl, DNP, AGACNP, is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner providing compassionate, comprehensive cardiovascular care at Advanced Heart Group. She joined the practice in 2023 and brings a strong background in acute and critical care.

Emily earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her clinical experience includes managing complex acute and chronic conditions, performing advanced patient assessments, and delivering patient education focused on long-term heart health. She has specialized experience caring for diverse and underserved populations, including veterans, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ+ patients, and those experiencing housing insecurity.

Emily is certified in ACLS, BLS, and CPR and works closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care. Emily is passionate about patient advocacy, education, and creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered in their health journey.
